CCELs Staff is highly trained and qualified in early childhood education. Our teachers and management have many years of experience working with children and families. Ongoing training is kept current as we continue to educate and meet the needs of every child.
My name is Chikil’ra Boone. I am the CEO/Founder of CCELs. I earned my Associate of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education in 1997 & Cultural Science and Technology in 2009.
It is my mission to provide a nurturing atmosphere to all children through creativity, education, guidance and love; to ensure a safe and secure environment. I oversee the importance of my hard work and dedication as the executive director. While the emphasis is on good communication; the purpose of my approach is to foster competency in young children and to maintain a professional conduct with our families and staff.
Circle of Care ELs is a center-based facility that is passionately dedicated to the holistic development of young children. Our center is operated by a team of highly educated and qualified professionals specializing in Early Childhood Education. Our mission is to provide an enriching and nurturing environment where every child is given the opportunity to thrive and reach their fullest potential. We offer a diverse array of high-quality programs designed to cater to the unique needs and interests of each child, fostering their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Our curriculum is thoughtfully crafted to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning, setting the foundation for lifelong success.
Kids R Us is dedicated to improving every child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development. We provide a loving educational environment, where we support the whole family.
Our philosophy is to help develop the whole child, we accomplish this by creating a safe, loving, educational atmosphere. With our award-winning curriculum (Frog Street) and state of art playground equipment.

Circle of Care ELs is a licensed childcare center approved by the Maryland State Department of Education. We offer developmental and educational activities specified for your child’s age and individual needs. Our staff members are certified and trained have undergone background screening, and follow the mandatory continued education in early childhood education to present you with quality services. We also recognize and practice the MSDE (Maryland State Department of Education) and MDNAEYC (Maryland National Association of the Education of Young Children).
